Art Instructions
Art is to be submitted during the first 48 hours after contract signing. Vector format is preferred, bitmaps have to be 300dpi, true black and white, to ad size.
ADVERTISER ARTWORK SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit your logo, advertisement, and/or artwork within 48 hours of signing your advertising agreement. Artwork may be submitted
by email to martina.g.alexander@gmail.com or by text to 419-889-1815 (Branded by Martina LLC).
Vector artwork (.AI or .CDR) is preferred. PNG and other bitmap images must be high-resolution (300 DPI), sized appropriately for the advertising space, and suitable for reproduction in true black and white.
Artwork that does not meet production requirements may need to be recreated, converted, or adjusted prior to
production. Additional artwork or design charges may apply when extensive file preparation, recreation, or design work is required.
Artwork not submitted within the required 48-hour timeframe may be replaced with a straight-line text advertisement using the advertiser’s
business name and/or information provided in the advertising agreement. Production will not be delayed while awaiting artwork.
Branded by Martina LLC is not responsible for production delays resulting from late, incomplete, unusable, or noncompliant artwork
submissions.
By submitting artwork, the advertiser represents that they own the artwork or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
for its reproduction and use. The advertiser assumes responsibility for the content and authorizes use of all submitted artwork.
Branded by Martina LLC reserves the right to reject artwork that does not meet production requirements or that may infringe upon
third-party intellectual property rights.
